1. What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices on our site are listed in USD (United States Dollars).


2. When will my order ship?
We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

  • Production time: Please allow 4–7 business days before shipment.

  • Shipping time: On average, shipping takes 15–21 business days.

  • Tracking Info: Tracking numbers are updated 3–5 days after your order has shipped.

3. Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied or it’s damaged?
Yes! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on defective or damaged items.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Be sure to include your name and order number with the return.

Note: If your item is still in transit, please wait for it to arrive before starting the return process.


4. Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely! You can cancel your order at any time before it ships.
If the item has already shipped, you’ll need to use our return process for a refund.


5. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you’ve made a mistake in your shipping address:

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or offer refunds after 24 hours of order placement.


6. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. We ship globally from multiple fulfillment centers.
Estimated delivery: 15–25 business days after shipping.
